Needless to say, coordinating a speaking engagement featuring former President Bill Clinton is a highly complicated task. The pressure was on, but Event Producers stepped up and accepted the challenge.

After gaining a thorough understanding of the client’s needs, Event Producers was on hand to manage production elements including filming and delivering video feeds to six remote locations. Additionally, we partnered with the client to handle the site selection, décor planning and on-site management for the closing night party.
