As part of its title sponsorship of ESPN’s College GameDay Tour, The Home Depot aimed to create an immersive brand activation that would elevate the atmosphere and excitement for waves of passionate football fans. Octagon—its global sports and entertainment agency—sought a partner capable of managing every detail of bringing The Home Depot’s “Toolbox” activation to life and taking it on the road to 16 U.S. cities. After a rigorous nationwide search, they selected Event Producers.
With College GameDay traveling to different college campuses each week, the central challenge was executing seamless set-ups and dismantles of the elaborate activation within tight timeframes, all while ensuring safety and delivering consistent quality.
